فزع بين سماسرة نيويورك بعد إلغاء رسوم الوساطة على إيجارات الشقق
تسبب القانون الجديد الخاص بمنع شركات العقارات من فرض رسوم الوساطة على إيجارات الشقق في حالة من الفزع والقلق بين العاملين في هذه الصناعة.
وقالت رابطة الوسطاء العقاريين، إنها ستقاضي الجهات المحكومية التي اغتصبت دورهم، موضحين أن ذلك القانون يؤدي إلى خسائر للوسطاء وأصحاب العقارات على حد سواء.
ويوجد في نيويورك أكثر من 25 ألف وكيل عقاري مسجل والعديد منهم متخصصون في التعامل مع عقود الإيجار، وبلغ إجمالي إيراداتهم في العام الماضي والي 600 مليون دولار.
وأكد السماسرة أن الأمر يعد مربكا بالنسبة لهم وجمد العديد منعم تححصيل رسوم السمسرة لحين رؤية كيفية تطبيق القانون الجديد.
